Dane and Mariana both served in the United States Marine Corps and were honorably discharged. They both realized that they had a strong passion for fitness, health, nutrition and also helping others. Working together since 2013, they have both had years working in the field. Mariana started in 2009 as a certified Zumba instructor and also taught classes while at Camp Pendleton, California. She taught other classes as well on and off base in the surrounding area until they moved to Baraboo, Wisconsin where Dane was a gym manager for Anytime fitness. Dane was a Certified personal trainer since 2011 and has worked as a trainer both in person and on-line. we have helped an assortment of people, whether it is just general improvement, fixing gut issues, mental health, sports specific training or diet help, reversing a health issue, rehab, and so many more! This is why customized programming has worked so well, since fitness and nutrition is not a "one-size-fits-all" approach.
